To this year, the GENE Awards received some of our most outstanding nominees yet, competition between candidates was very close. LSQ Silverstone Developments Company of the Year Award

In 2022 Life Sciences Queensland (LSQ) and Silverstone Developments PTY Ltd introduced a new award for an outstanding company who has demonstrated a wealth of impact across the life sciences sector in Queensland in the past year. This award recognises and rewards such a company for their outstanding contributions to the future economic development and success of the life sciences sector in Queensland.

LSQ Mcullough Roberston Industry Excellence Award

The LSQ McCullough Robertson Industry Excellence Award is presented to an individual that has made a significant impact to the success of the Queensland life sciences industry. With the continued advancement of Queensland’s life sciences industry, Life Sciences Queensland (LSQ), continues to recognise, celebrate and reward stakeholders for their outstanding contributions to the future economic development and success of the life sciences sector in Queensland.

LSQ Merck Life Science Rural and Regional Service Award

The LSQ Merck Life Science Rural and Regional Service Award, created by Life Sciences Queensland (LSQ), recognises a person whose dedication contributes to the ongoing success and sustainability of regional Queensland’s life sciences industry. The Queensland life sciences industry extends well past Greater Brisbane. With the continued advancement of our industry in regional areas, this award is designed to encourage and reward a person who has made a valuable contribution through either their work or volunteering in an area outside of Greater Brisbane.

This award would be suited for a woman in the early to mid stages of her career in the health or biomedical industry.
